The Working Environment Act's rules on notification of censurable conditions came into force on 1 January 2007. According to section 3-6 of the Act, employers, as part of the systematic HSE work, shall establish routines for internal notification of censurable conditions at the workplace
As stated in the Act’s preparatory work, external bodies, such as law offices, can be used as an external notification channel.
