The Mageli law firm has ongoing framework agreements with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and Statnett SF, as well as agreements on process assignments with Bane NOR SF and Nye Veier AS. In addition, we have framework agreements with a number of municipalities. We assist the infrastructure companies in connection with property issues, land acquisition, expropriation and expert assessment, and provide the municipalities with ongoing consultancy within for example planning and building law, water and sewerage law, administrative law, company law and procurement law. 

The firm's resources have considerable experience with dispute resolution and procedure in all areas of law. We have several lawyers with the right to appear before the Supreme Court.

We offer high professional quality and honesty in our advice to our customers. Most of our services are settled according to elapsed time. Our indicative hourly rates vary from NOK. 2,000 to NOK. 4,000 ex. VAT. depending, among other things, on the type of case and which resources are used. The hourly rate that applies to the individual assignment is stated at the beginning of the assignment. The fee is calculated and invoiced in accordance with our standard delivery conditions. For certain types of cases, legal aid costs will be covered by the customer's own insurance policies. We will then invoice the customer, who will be reimbursed the costs with deduction of excess in accordance with the insurance policy/terms the customer has.

In some cases, a fixed price can be agreed.
