CURRENT ASSIGNMENTS
The Mageli law firm is currently engaged by the Consumer Council with regard to a class action lawsuit brought against DNB Asset Management, where the Consumer Council and our lawyers have submitted claims on behalf of unit trust holders in DNB's securities fund DNB Norge, based on negligent portfolio management.
This is the most comprehensive class action lawsuit in Norwegian legal history, and the case raises a number of complicated legal issues.
