Lise Marken Aasterud has worked as a lawyer since 2003, and works mainly with bankruptcy, general corporate law and real estate law. She also regularly assists with inheritance and family law issues, including marital estate and decedent estate, as well as in child custody cases. Aasterud is a regular administrator for Hedmarken District Court and has assisted in processes related to restructuring and debt negotiations.
Assterud has assisted in a number of disputes related to the purchase of real estate, craftsmen services and rental agreements. Aasterud also works extensively on issues related to limited rights in real estate, pledging of collateral and land registration. She has extensive experience with land lease agreements and has assisted both lessees and lessors in matters relating to the regulation of leases, redemption and extension. Aasterud has a license to carry out real estate agency business assignments and regularly assists with assignments as settlement lawyer.
