Ada Cathrine Høst Mytting has worked as a lawyer since 2005, with the emphasis on child law and family law, real estate law and criminal law. Mytting has broad experience with dispute resolution both from her employment at court and as a practicing lawyer. She has a special commitment to mediation in children's and family cases, where she also has extensive experience as a judge in cases under the Children's Act.
 
In her work within child law, Ada Cathrine Høst Mytting has also gained broad competence with the treatment of child welfare cases for both private and public parties. This includes broad procedural experience both from committee work, the district court and the court of appeal. In addition, Mytting has broad experience from the area of criminal law from employment in the district court, as a defence lawyer and an assistant lawyer.
