Roar Cordes Nilsson has worked for 7 years in banking and insurance in addition to 23 years in other legal practice, where the main field of work has been contract law and company law. Nilsson has very high qualifications in English-language contract work. He is also one of the few Norwegian lawyers with expertise in the aviation field. Nilsson assists several airline companies with corporate law, contract law (purchase/sale/rental/hiring/maintenance etc.), as well as issues regarding regulatory matters.
Roar Cordes Nilsson also works with contracts related to real estate and is permitted to operate real estate brokerage. He has experience from due diligence in major real estate transactions, and has assisted with the implementation of negotiations and settlement function.
