Øyvind Erga Skjeseth has broad experience from consultancy and dispute resolution in matters relating to real estate, such as expropriation law, land leases, land consolidation and general litigation. He also regularly assists housing cooperatives and commonholds and has dealt with many disputes arising from the alienation act.
In addition to legal practice, Skjeseth has a background from Statsbygg, where he, among other things, handled rent related issues. He has carried out many negotiations on the entry into leases with both public and private enterprises, and assisted at the termination of lease conditions.
