Christian Piene Gundersen has real estate as his main field. He has extensive experience in assisting both public and private players in this field. This includes, among other things, regulation and development of properties, permits pursuant to the Planning and Building Act, expropriation and issues related to concessions.
Gundersen also works regularly with land leases, rent, agricultural law, pollution law, housing cooperatives and commonhold, general litigation and municipal law and general administrative law. In addition, he has worked within these areas of law for 7 years as a senior adviser to the Parliamentary Ombudsman. Christian Piene Gundersen also has a background from the Ministry of Justice's legal department and the Bellona Foundation.
For many years Gundersen has been an examiner in a number of subjects at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo. He is also a frequent speaker in the subjects of public administrative law and planning and building law.
