Stine Jarslett has real estate as her main field. In recent years she has been a lawyer in corporate law at Bane NOR where she has assisted the entire organization within the field, including the IC project and Ringeriksbanen which are two of the largest ongoing railroad projects. The majority of cases have been in the areas of planning and building law, environmental and pollution law and land acquisition and expropriation. Jarslett has assisted in a number of cases regarding the section 10 of the Railways Act on building prohibitions along the railway. She has prepared standard conditions for exemption and was involved in initiating the change in the provision that came into force on 1 January 2017 of great practical importance for the railroad.
Jarslett also has a solid background in planning and building law from the Parliamentary Ombudsman where she was formerly senior adviser. In addition, from both Bane NOR and the Parliamentary Ombudsman she has solid experience in litigation, rent, concession and general administrative law.
As a lawyer at Wikborg Rein, she worked with general business law in addition to real estate. She also has experience from the court.
